Jack re-engaged with his theatre past in 2005, and has directed or designed 29 stage productions, and acted in 10 more since then ( among them Fiddler on the Roof(2),Of Mice and Men, The Music Man, Death of a Salesman, Camelot, Private Lives, Dial M for Murder, The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man in the Moon Marigolds, True West, The Glass Menagerie, The Addam's Family Musical, and Twelfth Night); he regularly works with several local theatres in the Metro area; and is on the board of 4 Community Theatre, Skylark Opera Company, and formerly Chain Reaction Theatre Company (2014-2018).
Jack Neveaux, Educator
Earlier in his life, Jack was on the theatre production staff of the University of California at Santa Cruz and at Cabrillo College outside of Monterey from 1975 to 1981. Then he left his shop tools, lecture notes, drafting board and scripts behind to go to law school and begin a new life as a practicing lawyer, for more than 35 years.
More recently, he has taught various business law-related classes at the college level - including Business Law (undergraduate, and graduate (MBA, MA-Mgmt), Contract Law (undergraduate), Employment Law (MA-HRMgmt), Health Law (undergraduate), International Business Law (MA-IntlBus) - and has taught basic stagecraft, set design and stage lighting to high school students.
